How to use:

Place patch on adhesive sheet and trace around it.
Cut out patch shape with scissors.
Peel off paper layer and press patch onto adhesive.
Peel off patch and press firmly onto garment.
Turn garment inside out and rub back of patch firmly.
Heat in clothes dryer for 20 minutes.
